Issues after upgrading plugin

    I can’t access the master slider section, after upgrading. When I click on the link in the admin area, it navigates to the site homepage.

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    Could you please explain more in details what is the issue and what do you mean by Master Slider section? Do you see Master Slider menu on admin panel? Do you have access to Master Slider setting?

    Hi Averta,

    Yes, when you click on the Master Slider menu item, in the admin panel, it no longer takes you to the menu slider dashing/settings page, it redirects you to the homepage of the site. I can’t access any of the settings for the master slider anymore.

    Hi,

    I tried it myself and everything works!
    Please right click on Master Slider on your admin panel, copy link address, and provide me with that link.

    Hi again,

    This issue may be a conflict with another plugin. So please deactivate all the plugins and activate them one by one. In this way, you can determine which plugin is conflicting.

    If the problem persists, change your theme to the default theme.
