new uploads after migration

Hello everyone,
i’ve migrated my website from a host to another. all correct but when i upload a new image and put it in a section, it doesn’t appear on the front end.
i’ve been searching and i found that my upload path is wrong or something like that but when i check my old and new upload’s url is the same.

anyone know the answer?
