I was in the setting panel of Master Slider and trying to save my work when it got hung up on the spinning progress wheel. I clicked out of the dashboard and to my site, and when trying to view my site, it would hang for 10-15 seconds, then go to a white screen. I tried on another computer and the page loaded (only once), but where the slider should be, I found this message that was unfortunately extending off the left of the screen which I could not access (I’m including what I do see):

    Fatal error
Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65552 bytes) in
    /homepages/41/d352980381/htdocs/NewEffort/wp-includes/shortcodes.php
    on line
    378

I tried deactivating the plugin. WordPress acts strangely when it’s deactivated – the WP header bar is missing when viewing my site when logged in, and bits of custom code aren’t doing their job.

    Please help, thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

This issue may be a conflict with another plugin. So please deactivate all the plugins and activate them one by one. In this way, you can determine which plugin is conflicting. It is easier to activate the debug mode: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

If the problem related to Master Slider, please let us know.

    Best,
    Averta
