Form sending blank email

    Hi there

    I’m having problems getting a form to submit with the html filed titles included.

    If I use {summary} the field contents show but it’s complete nonsense as you don’t know what they refer to.

    If I use the magic tag %field_slug:label% the form comes through blank

    How can I solve this issue? It’s an order form btw
