    I would first start by checking to see if youor site is TLS1.2 compliant. On May 1 Stripre required all websites using their system to be TLS1.2 compliant
    try this plugin
    TLS 1.2 Compatibility Test
    Version 1.0.1 | By Stranger Studios
    TLS1.2 requires cURL 7.54 or better

    Yes, this is the message that is shown when I try to activate:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
