This screenshot Shows the upper menu in the preview when I am in the customization Panel.
The menu consists of pages. For most pages there are some Sub pages. For example for “Dein Verein”. In the preview you can see a Little arrow right to the Name pointing downwards.
Outside of the Panel the Website menu Looks like this:

The arrows are missing here.
I hope you can see the issue now. How to fix this?

You have CORS issue.
Which results in browser blocking font-awesome font script, which is why you are not seeing the arrow icon on front end.

Your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) has to be identical. You cannot have one URL with www and the other without www
