Customising the application process

Hi all,

Hope you can help me out.

I need the submit button to refer to my application form.
Example:http://investorsclubs.co.za/BE/job/digital-marketing-graphic-design/
Application form is located here: http://investorsclubs.co.za/BE/internship-application-form-south-africa/

I followed instructions as per: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/customising-job-application-process/ and updated the wp-job-manager/templates/job-application.php, however it still refers to the email address. Furthermore, I am not sure where to add that link of the application form in the php file.
