They are compatible as in they don’t conflict, but they don’t yet “integrate” with my plugin. The only cache plugin that does so far is wp-rocket. By integrate I mean purge cache when the CSS cache in CCSS is cleared.
Have no eta on when I will do that but working on major changes 1st right now.

check that id=”criticalcss” is in a page. If not check the queue in the settings.
Checked, no id=”criticalcss” and nothing in queue…
