Vimeo Video Playing on Mac

    Hi I have been asked to help fix an issue with a wordpress site.

    The site has many Vimeo videos ID but they do not play on a Mac device, I have tried Firefox, safari and Google Chrome browsers. But they do play on a windows Chrome browser and others possible but I dont have a windows device to test.

    I have updated the site to 4.8 today plus another 13 plugins that were out of date.

    removed cache but they will not play.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried looking at them on another Apple machine? (This is not really a problem with WordPress, or even Vimeo.)

    I have tried my IMAC, Ipad and iphone all the same.Can play the same Vimeo ID’s on vimeo site no probs. I can play video in a Joomla site no problem on all these above devices.

    A colleague can play on windows machine, so thinking defo just MAC users.
