CSS does not belong in functions.php

If you don’t have a backup, download a fresh copy of your theme to your PC, unzip, and upload/replace the file you edited via FTP.

This is outside your website. Go to wherever you got the colormag theme (probably here: https://wordpress.org/themes/colormag/) and download it again. Then, unzip it. Upload it to your site (in wp-content/themes) using FTP, replacing the files you modified.

What part are you not able to do?

Windows should be able to unzip a file.

Your host should have instructions on how to set up an ftp client (e.g., filezilla) to connect to your hosting account. Please contact their tech support. It appears you’re hosting at namecheap.com
