Disable “Object Cache” In W3 Total Cache.

You can add the https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/ query monitor plugin in your site and see which query is taking time after then you can take some steps to reduce the time.

I too am having a big problem with my site running slowly. The actual site comes up eventually but I can’t really get into my dashboard. I would like to try to add some of the plug ins suggested above but can’t even really access my dashboard. I have contacted my host and there is not a problem there. I have another site on the same server and that one is fine. Please help!
