Compability with new wordpress version

Hi,
I’m experiencinga problem with the ecommerce of a client: after updaing to wp 4.8 at the checkout I didn’t had any shipping methid available.
Looking more deepply, I’ve found out that Woocommerce weight based shipping was deactivated.
I activated it and…the whole ecommerce crashed. I almost had a heart-attack 😀Now, do you know if there is a compability issue?
What can I do to solve the problem?Thank you

Backups is your cure for heart attacks 😉
I’m not aware of any issues with WP 4.8. It’s working as per my tests and user feedback.
Please try to uninstall the plugin and then install it again.
If that doesn’t help please provide as more details on the error as you can get:

— error message,

I’ve a complete backup luckily!
But not really sure how to downgrade to older Wp version safely.I’ve tried to deleted it and reupload but there is no way, all the website crashes down.

Any error log entries appearing right after you reproduce the issue would be helpful. You can contact your hosting support to assist with that if you are not sure how to do it.

– status here (but I have reinstalled your plugin already and setted up another one which works fine)
– no screenshosts needed, it looked like after installation – empty, no rules added and telling me, that I should create a new one, no error when wp debug on

You mentioned you have the same issue. However, you are also saying you can see the plugin settings. Now, I’m not sure what the issue is? If it’s different to the originally posted one please create another thread.
— Screenshots are needed to make sure we are on the same page. I’m asking you about screenshots depicting the issue you are experiencing with the plugin.
— I need error log entries appearing right after you reproduce the issue you have. The ones you posted initially are not related to the plugin since it doesn’t alter database in any way.
— Of course it works on the clean WP install. How do you think all those 10k+ of active users are using the plugin?
