Thanks for your report. It looks like you are getting a PHP Notice message when you try to use the “Generate Thumbnails” bulk action; is that right? The message is harmless, but annoying.

I recently found and fixed the cause of this problem, and the current MLA Development Version dated 20170605 contains the updated code. You can find more information about downloading and installing the Development Version in this earlier topic:

Fatal Error after upgrading to version 2.53

I will be releasing the fix in my next MLA version, but you can use the Development Version if you need an immediate result. I will post an update here when the next MLA version goes out. Thanks for your report, your understanding and your interest in the plugin.

I get this error when I upload files from Media Library [Add New].
Does not show up when I upload from pages or Woocommerce product pages.

Thanks for the additional details; very helpful.

Regardless of the source, the fix added to the Development Version should eliminate the message. I encourage you to give it a try and let me know if it works for you. Thanks!

I have released MLA version 2.54, which contains the fix for your “undefined index” issue.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if you have any problems with the new version. Thanks for your patience and your interest in the plugin.
