    Hello:

    Does your form builder have the ability to limit the number of submissions for a particular form based on a field or answer? For example, if someone selected a location field “location 1” but that location was full and we were not accepting any additional submissions, can I block them form submitting their form and have a warning message appear stating that the selected location was full?

    Before the form is actually submitted, does the end user have an opportunity to preview the submission and edit it again before the final submission?

    Also, regarding the PDF print option, how much control would I have over the format of the form?

    Thanks for posting your questions!

    Regarding the limitation on submissions and data preview, unfortunately, the plugin does not have the mentioned functionality yet.

    However, the feature you wish to have would be a great addition to the product. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page?

    Our development team will consider working on this for further updates.

    As for the PDF Integration, please note, that it is not a printing option, but it rather sends the submissions to user and/or Administrator in PDF format.

    You have the options to change basic formatting of the content, as you do for custom email content text.
