WP Knowledgebase Plugin Pages Not Found

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed the WP Knowledgebase Plugin and created a few sample articles to test it out. When I go to view the articles, I am taking to a page that says

Oh oh! Page not found.
We’re sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn’t exist.<br> You can search your topic using the box below or return to the homepage.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I’ve checked the permalinks and the URL for the page I am taken to and they are exactly the same. Why would the page not be found?
