Which plugin (or theme) provides the vc_ shortcodes?
how do the tabs appear without any of the vc_ shortcodes – ie with only the tabby shortcodes on the page?

It looks like there are some incorrectly nested html tags on the page:

how do the tabs appear without any of the vc_ shortcodes? – Perhaps you can set up a seperate test page with only the tabby shortcodes and text entered in the the WordPress page editor?

it looks like there is incorrectly nested html on other pages without tabs eg the homepage: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwp.indeo.pl%2F
Temporarily switch to one of the default (twenty-something) themes to investigate whether the issue is specific to the current theme. If the tabs appear correctly when the default theme is active, you will need to request support from your theme developer/vendor
