    hi all,

    I have tried al I that I can but am still stuck with this problem. Feeling extremely frustrated now and I hope someone can help me out with solving the mystery I am in the midst of. Thanx in advance.

    First of all, here is the link to my wordpress blog:
    http://www.missjoey.com/chocolate-circle

    Somehow, when I click into any one of the posts, the comment area which should appear under each post has disappeared. It can’t be a problem with 2.7 or the comment settings in dashboard, as I have tried applying other themes to my blog and the comment area comes back. So, I thought it might be the theme that doesn’t support commenting. However, I have searched on the internet with people using the same theme and they have their comment area present with no problem. Then, I thought I might have screwed up something in the script of the theme. So, I tried reinstalling a fresh copy of the theme yet it is not helping either.

    Can anyone enlighten me on what the possible error is???

    A very frustrated wordpress.org user,
    Joey

  • Does your single.php file contain <?php comments_template(); ?>

    Also, just a shot in the dark but do you have comments enabled? WP 2.7 has a feature which allows you to disable comments on posts older than x number of days as determined by you.

    I also have the problem that I don’t see the comment box.
    The php file is not in the directory.
    Where can I find this file?

    Renko,

    You can find single.php file in current active theme directory.

    Thanks I’ve got h’m
