stylesheet missing broken theme

    the file style.css is together whit all the other file. and all infomation
    is in the file. the screenshot is fine. but the theme is broken.
    Problem.
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    Stylesheet is missing.

    any ideas ?

    Deleting all in cpanel.And wp 2.6.5
    down loading wp 2.6.5. once again.
    upload it again whit the same theme files.
    and to my great suprise it works.!!
    No problem.
