FYI, this call is to detect if Firefox’s tracking protection (or some blocking behavior of any other browser’s) is enabled and show users a notification informing them about this so they don’t think that something is wrong with your website.

Not sure about the other two (those are not due to our plugin). To remove the call to Facebook SDK (en_US/sdk.js), disable Facebook Commenting from Facebook Commenting Options section at Super Socializer > Social Commenting page in admin area.
