    I get internal server error when I attempt to build index.
    Another question, if I have a programs page and then post with the word program in it.. is it an option to make the programs page come first, higher rank and if so, how?

    Getting an internal server error when rebuilding the index is not unusual. It just means there’s too many posts to index at one go. Just click “Continue indexing” until the index is complete. As long as the number of posts in the index grows with every click, you’re fine.

    The free version of Relevanssi doesn’t have an easy setting for post type weights; with the Premium version, you can just add more weight to pages. Here’s a method of sorting the results by post type.

    What do you mean, hide images? If you don’t want image attachments in the search results, do not index the post type “attachments”. If you don’t want the search results page to display post images, you need to adjust the template (or your theme settings).
