Hi there,
Products are automatically imported from Easy Digital Downloads or WooCommerce. If you have either of those plugins active, just make sure that EDD & WooCommerce support is checked in the plugin settings, then the products will automatically show up in the ticket.

PejalOnce you add a product in EDD or WooCommerce, the product field will be added automatically in the Create form. Ensure you have EDD/Woo integration enabled in the plugin settings.
In the next versions of the plugin, we will be using taxonomy to create a ticket category field, which you can use without edd/woo to create a list of options to show up in the ticket create form. This can be used for products, or topics (billing,technical support etc.. ) as an example.
When is the next version of plugns will be relesed.
Hi there I just confirmed the plugin update roadmap, this feature will be added in version 1.3.0 which is planned for release in 2 weeks.
Just an FYI, there is a patch update coming out in the next few days (1.2.1). The ticket category will not be included in that. This patch will include the ability to auto-close tickets after X number of days without activity.

Custom Fields will be added later as an extension.
