    Is it possible to be able to send emails to a specific email address according to conditional fields rules?

    Hey, @mmlp2010!

    Thank you for posting your question!

    Conditional Emails add-on of Form Maker allows to configure this functionality on your forms.

    It doesn’t operate based on Form Options > Conditional Fields, but it rather has its separate conditional setup. Please have a look at the overview page of the add-on and let me know if you have questions.

    Thank you for the reply. That was exactly what I was looking for.

    I purchased it but it doesn’t work right.

    In my form I have a field with 4 check box options. I want the form to send an email depending on which check box the submitter selects. The email gets send if only 1 check box is checked but it doesn’t send an email when 2 or more check boxes are checked. Can you please help?
