Hello,

I install this plugin, but woocommerce categories don’t have translate option. Tags, attributes too. How can it be fixed ?

Products have translation options.

Product Category translation works the same way as Post Category translation if enabled.
This is an optional feature, if you aren’t seeing it then please check the plugin settings.
