Same user tag source bug

    Reproduce the bug:
    Create a form with 2 user-tags components.
    These user-tags components must use the same user-tag-source.
    View a profile
    Edit the profile and add 2 or more user tags to these components
    Save
    Edit the profile again.
    Remove the tags again.

    Bug: The last user tag can not be deleted.
