User Profile does not Display Custom Created Form Data

Hi,

I have created custom user information using the form. However it does not display in the about section.

This is what I am talking about:

I have deactivated all plugins apart from Ultimate Member and changed the theme to twenty fifteen.

Hi @alexkell,

You have 2 shortcodes for the same user role, if you are using unique profile forms for every user role, make sure that you’ve selected “Make this profile role-specific” in your Ultimate member -> Forms and Profile form. See our doc on how to setup Unique profiles for different user roles
I think you are displaying wrong profile form without these fields.

Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

I have now removed the second unique profiles. This was only done for testing purposes.

When I input information into the profile and save it, nothing appears, as mentioned before. However, when I click edit to edit this information, no information appears other than the first and last name.

I have changed the unique profiles for different user roles, as shown in this picture:

Maybe I could try an older Ultimate Version to see if I have the same problem?

Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

Perhaps this is because I am using the default user template?

I have tried installing 1.3.29 and am having the same problem
