I have been playing around with your plugin for quite a while trying to get it to work with my website (I think there may be a problem with my theme not wanting to co-operate with speed optimisations, but only with css. HTML and Javascript worked wonderfully)

Anyway I am just wondering if you knew any reason why when i check ”
Optimize CSS Code?”, it does not all minify into one folder. I gets put into 4 folders.

that’s because of all those media-types your original CSS comes with @lloydj1988, AO honours those (has to). as per https://wordpress.org/support/topic/minifying-and-concantenate-css/ you can alter that using AO’s API 🙂
