    Hi there

    i am trying to backup, previously the plugin has been working perfectly with no errors but today I keep getting a job error. Please see job log below –

  • Hi, @nikkist!
    Can you run it again? It seems like your database backup is running ok but files and folders backup is not.
    Please try to use another “Archive Format” (Currently, you are choosing zip format), you can choose “Tar Gzip” format or “Tar” instead and rerun.
    If errors still happen, you can try again but change backup file location from Dropbox to “Backup to Folder”.

    Hi @nikkist, please check your Maximum script execution time setting under BackWPup > Settings > Jobs. Generally a setting of about 25 seconds is the best. This warning usually points to the script failing because it runs too long.
