Sidebar override not working

Hi. I use the child theme and before, the ability to override the column options worked. It seems that the options to override is now not working. Is this fixable? (IE, for the main setting i have it as the 2 x sidebars, i’d like to have the ability again to disable and have as a full page on archives or certain pages.

Example… this page has no facility to change: http://richard-blake.co.uk/commercial/ and i want it to look like: http://richard-blake.co.uk/property-for-sale/residential-property/
