No pages or posts found

After logging on to my site this morning I updated a plugin (Page as Subdomain Lite), but the alert wouldn’t go away even though the update went through the full cycle. I tried a few times with the same result, so then ignored it and went on to edit a post. When I tried saving the post, it wouldn’t update, then said I didn’t have permission to edit the post. I’ve tried switching themes, deactivating and reactivating each plugin, and deleting the plugin that wouldn’t update. The page for that plugin says it hasn’t been updated in 6 months, by the way. Still my site is showing no pages or posts. Please advise.
