• Hi everyone,

I seem to be in a particular predicament here and due to my knowledge of coding I’m at the mercy of this dam plugin. Premium might i add.

To make a very long story short when deactivate this plugin (NEX-Form) i receive an error message that is displayed on the front-end and back-end of the website. No good. When its active no problem.

I’ve dealt with the developer but due to many lines of BS he is unable to help. So i figured id go to the community and see if anyone here can help me out 🙂

    Thanks!

  • Hello,

You can disable all plugins on your site by visiting your web hosting providers cPanel – go to PHPMyAdmin wp_options table. Find active_plugins and remove everything from option_value for that row.

That will disable/deactive all plugins on the site. You can then login and renable the plugins you want.

If you have any more questions I can try to help out!

    Cheers,

    Liam
