The same problem for me as well. What controls can we do?
The plugin uses the server to server calls to get necessary details. Please verify that server to server calls for following domains are allowed.
1. *.amazonaws.com
2. *.amazon.com
Let us know if it works? if it does not then write to us at link-builder@amazon.com with related screenshots. We will help it resolve.
Any guess how we permit server to server calls? Is that a WordPress feature? Or a hosting feature?
Right now, the plugin is useless.

I never learn I really must go to the support site first to see if plugin is still working.
