    I’m using generatepress.

    You can see here that there are grey margins down the side of the page (grey side strips)

    I’d like to get rid of them. This is the case with all the pages on the site.

    I changed the settings to full width and the container to take up the whole of the page but still no luck. I also removed any sidebars in the widgets etc section.

    I wonder how to get rid of these grey side bits!

    Resolved, I googled and found out in the wordpress page to scroll down on the right hand side you will see “Page builder container”, choose full width
