    Hi there – I have been using Huge IT slider for a while and have 15 slide shows at this location http://www.challengeworkforcesolutions.org/cws/

    three days ago they all stopped working but the shortcode is still there. when I go into the slider settings it just has one slider saying new slider. the rest are all gone. but if I look in the SQL database the 15 slides are listed . this is the second time that this happened – and last time I was able to install the previous version – but I do not have that in my backup anymore. is there a way to resolve this?

    Please, be kindly informed that the issue is related to the database. Seems, that the database was not transferred properly.
    The solution can be to switch back to the previous version you had.

    I restored a previous version – but how do I install the new version – why release an update that breaks the plugin?

    Please, be kindly informed that the issue is not related to our plugin’s new version.
    The issue is connected with the database (database ID not transferred properly) as mentioned above in the previous comment.
    In the case, if you fix the issue with the database, you can use the new version as well. Anyway, we will be happy to assist you in solving the issue if you need our help. And make sure you inform us about the progress.
