Iframe pop up in grid

Hi,

I am a very satisfied user of Grid Plus plugin.
Now I’d like my posts in the to open in an iframe pop-up instead of going to a new page.
How would this be possible?
I tried using different plugins (e.g. ‘iframe pop’ and ‘popupPress’) but the problem for me is how to appoint the links on the homepage. Since this is managed by the plugin. (And therefore I can’t manage to find a link from the homepage in the grid to the post in order to state that this has to go to a certain iframe).
So how can I manage that when you click on a post in the grid, the post opens in in some sort of overlay/pop-up/iframe popup?
