Hi @st5uzmloopsqz7dr9egp, were there any errors when the backup was generated? Can you look in your FTP program and see the actual size of the backup file?
FYI I am using multisite. Their are no errors in the logs. I am clicking download from the manage backup archive page on the site and downloading it to my computer from the browser. It shows it downloading and takes a while because of the file size 1.32 gigs, but then when it finishes it shows only 5mb on computer and gives me that error when I try to expand. I have several other sites (not multisite) with this plugin and never saw this before. Weird. Thanks!
Thanks. Which destination are you using for the backup? E.G., folder, FTP, S3, etc?

Sorry, didn’t have a chance to look into it. No it’s still messed up. It is being saved to a folder on the server. Then from there, in the browser, I click to download the backup file to computer.
