Turn off View Mobile Site Iphone

Hi, When I go on my iPhone or android phone, my espied theme website shows an ugly mobile version with a blue header and a search bar, text content, no pictures (no jetpack portfolio images), and ugly footer with the bottom text saying View Full Site, Proudly powered by wordpress. I click on the View Full Site link and it will then take me to the responsive mobile layout. How do I turn off the ugly blue header mobile version?

Also, on the mobile version, below my footer, it shows up a random featured image with the link to View Mobile Site. How do I turn off the image on the mobile version?
