Conditional Logic

Hoping that what i am trying to do can be done. Is there a way to use the field sync option if the billing and shipping info are the same,and then if they aren’t have a checkbox that you click to where the field sync will not work? Im pretty sure that would have something to do with the Conditional Logic but dont know where to go from there.Any help would be awesome and maybe even an example.
