    Hello,

    Before the last update, when one of my clients was registering on my platform, it automatically had the role of pending. Then when he confirmed his inscription by mail, he had the role of suscriber. After that it was easy for me to change and modify his role and authorization.

    Now it is impossible for me to change roles, when customers register, they fall directly either employer or candidate and I can not change manually because when I make the change, it takes time and ends up giving me either the Page 404 or internal error 500.

    Can you help me please ?

    @thiantpro can you elaborate with where they are registering when then are getting a subscriber role? Because in WPJM a user shouldn’t be registered a subscriber. If you have the paid plugins and a valid license for the add-ons feel free to contact us at wpjobmanager.com for faster support.
