[bug] Inconsistent styling settings

Hi guys,

Great plugin – very well done. I found some minor styling inconsisties, though:

– When you access the “login” page while already being logged in, the avatar displayed there is always round, even if you chose it to be square in the UM settings.

– On the profile page, click on the avatar and then on “upload photo”. Mouseover on the “Upload” button, and you will see the mouseover color is always the default blue, no matter what you pick in the UM settings.
