Cannot Access Blog – ERROR

    I was setting up my blog perfectly fine, installed a premium theme and everything was going good. Then I went in to change to permalinks to custom ( with post name only) and now my whole blog/account is messed up. I can no longer get to the blog or the login page! HELP!
    this is what the error says: Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/content/y/e/s/yessadmin/html/wp-includes/query.php on line 10
