[Plugin: CForms II] Doesn’t send the forms…

I am using CForms plugin latest version, also it’s my first time trying it, wordress seems to send mails good, still CForms doesn’t work, any ideas on what can I do?

There’s an option to use external SMPT,
which values do I have to set there and where do I get them???
It says something about gmail…

Also my new hosting uses CPanel, if that’s the case
where and what should I do there????
