It’s still there. This is part of the DataTables integration; see the DataTables “Buttons” features, for instance, CSV export.
Thank you. The instructions are a little hard for me to understand. Is there anyway you could clarify or let me know what I need to do to restore the download button?

Undo whatever you did to remove it? It’s there by default. Either way, this is a DataTables question, so consider asking in the DataTables support forum.
If it’s there by default should I just delete the plugin & reinstall it to bring it back?
I just deleted the plugin & reinstalled it & the download buttons still aren’t appearing.

Undo whatever you did to remove it?
This may mean choosing a different theme, diagnosing other plugins, and so on. I’m not going to troubleshoot your website for you, and even if I was I certainly couldn’t do it without being provided a link to your website.
