    Hi Flanta,

I’m not sure exactly what changes your theme made, because I didn’t see your site before, but it looks like your main menu is actually called the “mobile” menu now (but the mega menu CSS shows you have MMM enabled for the “primary” menu). There’s no sign of the primary menu on your page any more – only the mobile menu.

First you should take a backup of your site (hopefully you have one from before you updated your theme too).

Then go to Appearance > Menus and enable MMM for the “Mobile” menu location and see if that fixes it (I am just guessing your theme has a mobile menu location due to the IDs output in the page HTML). Otherwise I think you will need to contact your theme authors and ask where the primary menu has gone with the latest update.

If I remember correctly, I initially was going to use MMM only for the mobile view. When I realized I liked the way it looked overall, I decided to keep it as the regular menu too. So that is probably why the Menu name is ‘mobile’. It was working for a couple months as both the desktop and mobile menu (until the theme upgrade).

When I am under Appearence -> Menus, there is the MMM Settings on the left. There is a drop down for “Primary Navigation” and for “Mobile Menu”. Under both pulldowns, the box is checked for “enable”.

    Hi Flanta,

The CSS for the menu only references the “primary” menu – in the past, did you maybe modify your theme without using a child theme? If so, you’ll have lost those edits when you updated. Maybe that is the issue – I can’t say for sure sorry.

First of all I’d recommend taking a backup and creating a staging site. Then do all your changes on your staging site. It looks like the CSS for the menu just needs to be updated so that it references the mobile menu properly – you can do that by going to Mega Menu > Tools > Clear CSS Cache. Then check this file:

    https://peerunschooling.net/members/wp-content/uploads/maxmegamenu/style.css

The date stamp at the top should get updated. If it stays the same, the CSS may be being cached by your server or a CDN (if you have one set up).

    Regards,
    Tom

Hi all, I lost all my theme styling on my “mobile site only”, after automatically being upgraded to 4.7.6. I currently have the Solopine’s theme called ‘Sprout & Spoon’. Anyone else have that issue too?
