    I never have seen it.

    I need to know:

    1. When this happened
    2. What you did before it
    3. Is it happening also with Types only, and a native WordPress Theme?

    1. Yesterday
    2. We reverted back to a previous version of our site about 2 weeks ago – but everything was working fine up until yesterday. I did update a few other plugins.
    3. I activated the TwentySixteen theme, and still received this error.

==> I did update a few other plugins.

    This is the reason then.
Please deactivate them and reactivate one by one, to see what is the issue causing Plugin.

I suggest after you have the plugin spot on, to post here after registering for free so we can get a site’s snapshot from you and analyse it.
