wordpress theme messed up

Hi i converted my wordpress theme to work with bans and everything seamed to be working fine but after i added a few posts the sidebar disapiered and moved to the bottom of the page. can anyone tell me what is wrong or how i can fix it? thanks the website is http://www.cellphoneshortstop.com
