Search feature not working

This plugin works great after tweaking it with CSS, but the one feature I haven’t been able to get to work is the Search feature.

Has anyone else gotten this tool working?

Currently when you search on the Knowledgebase main page, it jumps to another page and shows hits for the rest of the website but not any of the Knowledgebase Articles.

I would love to reserve the Search to only Knowledgebase Articles.
