Hi, i’m using Caldera forms Version 1.5.0.9
I create a form but in front end I don’t see checkbox!
Here my form

after “Accetto le condizioni di privacy” there is a checkbox (in backend) but I can’see in front end.
Can you help me?

Hi,

I have the same problem! The checkbox is missing in the frontend! Where are the mistake? I have looked at the checkbox from the existing Caldera formularen exactly and made it exactly the same:

Checkbox
Name
Slug
No standard
