Permalink Topic names but default Previous/Next buttons

    My blog currently is using nested domains which causes errors when using the permalinks. When I click on a topic it works perfectly fine, but when I click on Previous or Next I get an error. When I change it back to default everything works without a problem.

    So I was thinking, is there a way I can make the topics use the permalinks but have the previous/next links use the default links?

    Anyone? How about just directing me to the page where the next/previous buttons can be edited?

    im using wordpress 2.7.1 and have designed my website around pages, but the url is coming as ‘../?page_id=..‘ which is not what i want. i want the permalinks to show the main pages and then the subpages. so what should be the custom structure of this style where the page hierarchy is shown.
