    Hi,

I read a couple of other posts about attachments not working but still don’t really know how to proceed. I have set up my download (a .zip file) to be sent as an attachment in an email to the email address that the person enters on my form.

I selected the “send email” option and ticked the attachment option When the email is received (the recipient bound one), there is no attachment.

Here is my post which contains the form (scroll to the bottom)
    http://www.crossware.co.nz/blog/free-christmas-email-signature-test/

Is this related to an issue with Download Monitor do you think? Unsure which plugin I’m struggling with.

(I’m also unsure where the second line of text is coming from “the link to the files has been emailed to you” though I’d like to remove it)

    Many thanks for your help.

Attachments work just fine — not sure where you read they don’t, but they definitely do. Most likely you are not looking at the correct email. You are probably looking at the “notification email”, rather than the email that gets sent to the email address the website visitor typed in to the form.

See my (unnecessarily long) explanation of the emails EBD sends at this thread:
