Would this Plugin work to integrate A microsoft access database into wordpress?

One of my clients has a motor dealer management system that is built in Microsoft Access and is updated daily with their new stock. I am trying to figure a way of integrating this database of stock into wordpress and ensure that when updates are made on the system, they are automatically reflected on the website. Would this plugin achieve this?
